Booking Policies

Per our cancellation policy (http://massagenirvana.com/cancellation-policy/), if you need to modify your appointment, contact us at least 4 business hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges for missed appointment.

Privacy Policy

All appointments booked will have a confirmation email sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you don't have an appointment. 4 Hour Cancellation Policy on Appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice carry a charge equal to 100 of the cost of service. This also applies to same-day appointments; meaning that if you cancel or dont show up for an appointment that you made earlier that day, you are responsible for paying 100 of the cost of service.
