We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointments; a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
Privacy Policy
ReservationsFor an ideal spa experience please arrive 15 to 20 prior to your appointment. This will allow for a stress free check-in, decompression time and, a brief consultation with your therapist. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.AttireDuring your visit, we will provide you with a locker, key, robe and spa sandals. Please do not bring valuables to the spa (All jewelry will need to be removed during treatments). We have a private patio with a hot tub for guests at the spa. A ?guest-check? form must be completed before each spa visit.Junior Spa Goers (age 16 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or another adult. They must also bring a signed guardian consent form which can be obtained from the spa booking office.PaymentAs payment for spa service or retail, we currently accept (accompanied by proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Travelers Checks and Pearl South Padre room charge.Please note, all retail sale are final.GratuitiesThe recommended range for gratutiy is 15 to 20 of the price of services provided but, the amount is left up to your discretion.
