Booking Policies

ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES to your appointment need to be made 24 hours in advance (or before 9 am in case of emergency) of your scheduled time. Missed appointments will be charged 50 percent of appointment fee. Scheduling an appointment indicates your acceptance of this policy.

Privacy Policy

You will need to call in with a credit card # to hold your reservation if you are a new client. No minors unless booked with an appointment. COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE SENT DAY OF APPT. We require 24 hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50 charge of the scheduled service.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
