At Magnum Opus we understand that clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Missed appointments will result in 100% charge of the service amount. We thank you for understanding.
