At Birmingham Day Spa, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure availability for all guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
*Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours, notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
*Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less then 24 hours, notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.
*No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
*Late arrivals: Of you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you: however, your service may be shortened, and the full-service fee will still apply.
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

By Booking an appointment and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and conditions. Please read carefully.1. Appointments & Booking*Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. * A valid credit card may e required to secure your booking.*We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth check-in process.2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy* We require at least 24 hours, notice for cancellations or rescheduling. * Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. * Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and the full-service fee will still apply. 3. Payments & Gratuity* We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Venmo, & Zelle. * Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated.*All sales on products and gift cards are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.4. Gift Cards & Packages* Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.*Packages and Gift cards must be used within their designated expiration date. *Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. 5. Refund & Exchange Policy * Services: All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately, and we will work with you to address your concerns. * Retail Products: Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 6. Group Booking & Private Events* A 50% deposit is required for group bookings of 3 or more guests. * Cancellations for group bookings require 72 hours, notice to avoid losing the deposit. * A 15-20% gratuity may be automatically added to group bookings. 7. Pregnancy & Medical Conditions.* If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please inform us at the time of booking. * Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant guests or those with specific health concerns.* We may require written clearance from your physician for certain services. 8. Health & SafetyPlease inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to your appointment.* If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other guests. * We reserve the right to recuse service if a client,s condition may pose a risk to themselves or others. 9. Personal Belongings*Birmingham Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. * Please keep valuable items with you at all times. 10. Conduct & Policies* We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.* Use of mobile phones should be limited and on silent mode. *Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service. 11. Spa Etiquette * For the comfort of all guests, children under 10 are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service. * Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises. 12. Changes to Terms & Conditions* Birmingham Day Spa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
