If you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may assess a "$50 NO-SHOW"service charge to your account. This charge will be added to your next appointment.
Any No Call/ No Show (Not showing up to a scheduled appointment without notification) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
