We require a MINIMUM of 24 hrs notice for a single booking and 48 hrs for a multiple booking appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Providing less than the minimum time prevents us the opportunity to rebook the spot and you will be charged the full appoinment fee.

All gift card purchases are non refundable. Gift cards do not expire. The recipient is responsible for their card, Elements is not responsible for any used balances on gift cards that may be lost or stolen
